摘要
提出了一种基于小波变换的三次样条插值亚像素边缘检测的方法,不仅计算量小,其定位精度可以达到亚像素级,且具有较好的抗噪性能,在机械零件尺寸测量中有很高的应用价值。
A wavelet transform based on cubic spline interpolation for sub-pixel edge detection method, not only has a small amount of calculation, the positioning accuracy can reach sub-pixel level, but also has good anti-noise performance and high value in measurement of mechanical parts.
