摘要
通过对主轴箱进行试验模态分析,获取其各阶固有频率,运用ANSYS软件进行模态分析,使其计算出的各阶固有频率和实验数据尽可能的接近,以获取最准确的CAE模型,作为优化设计的基础。
Through carries on the experiment modal analysis to the headstock, in order to gain the various steps natural frequency, the ANSYS software was applied in the modal analysis, this can calculate various steps natural frequency and empirical datum proximity as far as possible. The most accurate CAE model to take the optimization design the foundation was gained.
