摘要
提出一种新的车身公差计算方法,将车身装配体以刚体为基础作预处理,并综合考虑到冲压件本身的柔性和焊接过程导致的偏差,借助经典公差计算理论和极值法,对提高车身设计中公差的计算精度作了有益探讨。
To analyse tolerance and allot to press piece is the main content of designing body precision. The essay bring forward one improved technology of alloting tolerance, that is, we discuss positively about how to determine a tolerance in precision design by treating the rigid body as the body fitting, bring in the classic theory of determining tolerance when considering the flexibility of sheet metal and the variation that made by welding.
