以玩具球拍塑件的模具设计为实例,阐明Pro/Engineer Wildfire软件简单易学易用,功能强大,能够提高产品及模具的研发效率,实现模具的三维设计,缩短设计和制造周期,提高产品设计准确性,降低设计成本。
An example of the mold design for plastic toy racket is described in the paper, through which, Pro/Engineer wildfire with powerful function can be easily learned, and the designing ＆ manufacturing efficiency has been much improved using the software, The 3D mold design is implemented in the paper and the design/manufacturing cycle can be significantly shorten, the designing accuracy and quality is improved, and the cost of design ＆ manufacture is reduced greatly.
