摘要
对2001年到2008年我国特种设备的发展情况和发生的事故进行了研究。总体上特种设备事故数量得到了控制;但随着经济的发展,特种设备的数量不断增加,设备事故仍然处在高发状态;对事故发生的原因进行了分析,指出违规操作和使用不当是造成事故发生的最主要原因,并对如何减少特种设备事故提出了相应对策。
The development and the accidents of special equipments in china from 2001 to 2008 were investigated. The overall number of accidents on the special equipment was brought under control; but with the eeonomie development, the number of special equipments continues growing ,devices is still in the high incidence of accidents state; through the analysis of the aceident, the violation is the main reason of the aceidents. Measure to reduce the accidents of special equipments is proposed.
