摘要
运用车床加工偏心工件的基本原理,对普通三爪卡盘进行合理、简单的改造,设计了一种可调偏心夹具,专门用于批量生产偏心零件;夹具在使用过程中可通过粗、精调有效控制加工精度,具有高效、高精度和低成本的特点。
In this article ,the author use the basic principles of turning eccentric parts to reform a 3-jaw chuck and design a kind of fixture for mass production which eccentricity can be adjusted. This fixture is effective in controlling machining accuracy with rough and fine tuning. It has some characteristics such as high efficiency, high precision and low cost.
