摘要
介绍了粉末冶金零件的机械加工特性,根据加工材料和加工方式,选择切削刀具材料;阐述了粉末冶金机械零件在车削、镗削以及钻削中的切削加工,以及所用刀具几何参数、切削用量的合理选用原则。
The machinability of powder metallurgy part are introduced,base on machining material and machining mode,cutting tools material are selected. Machining of PM part and reasonable selection principle of cutting tools geometries and cutting parameter were described. Experience indicated that using tools is reasonable and economical.
