网络伦理道德是社会伦理道德的延伸。加强青少年网络伦理道德建设,需要做到网络自律与网络法规相结合,信息素质与社会责任感相结合,网络道德引导与网络平台建设相结合,网络道德教育与社会伦理道德教育相结合。

Online ethics and morality are the extension of social ethics and morality. To strengthen the youth＇s online ethics and morality, we need to combine online self- discipline with online regulations, combine information quality with the sense of social responsibility; combine the guidance on online morality with the construction of online environment, combine the education on online morality with the education on social ethics and morality.
