摘要
基于低频矩形波励磁方式下电磁流量计的运行原理,探讨了在励磁周期下获得准确流量值信号的基本关系,并就实现此信号基本关系的方法和对应的信号精度与动态响应问题,对现行方法进行了讨论.作为改进,本文提出了一种基线控制的信号处理新方法.通过比较试验,证实了新方法有较高的精度和较快的动态响应.
According to the operation principle of EMF in the condition of low frequency rectangutar waveform,the problem of how to find the exact relationship between the flow rate and signal magnitude in the excitation cycle is studied.For precisly obtaining the above mentioned relationship and considering its accuracy and dynamical response,two typical signal processing methods are discussed.As an improvement,a new signal processing method with controlled baseline is suggested.By comparison test,it is proved that the new signal processing method has better performence with higher accuracy and quicker dynamical response.
