利用温度脉动信息实时测量高温烟气流速

摘要 用基于差压原理的传感器来测量高温烟气流速有许多缺点。本文利用热电偶敏感温度脉动信息的相关测速技术来测量高温烟气流速,利用极性互相关原理,用MCS-51单片机进行数据处理和系统监控,采用过零时刻算法和快速峰值搜寻程序提高数据处理速度。实验证明,该技术原理和结构简单,方法可靠,在一定速度范围内,误差较小,测量周期短,可以满足工业现场实时测量的需要。 There are many defects in measuring the velocity of high temperature flue gas with the pressure-drop sensors. In this paper a new method is described instead which is based on the correlation technique with temperature information. Two thermocouples were applied to sense temperature fluctuating signal which will be processed by a MCS-51 single chip microprocessor. The zero-crossing algorithm and fast peak-seeking algorithm will enhance the speed of data processing. After experimentations, as a reliable and precise device, the apparatus would be applied in the on-line measurement.
