摘要
综述了恩施自治州50多年来水电开发的情况,分析了州内中小发电企业面临的困难,查明了企业发展缓慢的原因。提出了解决的对策。
The general situation of hydropower development in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture in the past 50 years is de- scribed. The difficulties which the mid-small power generation enterprises faced with in development are analyzed. The factors that cause the enterprises slow development are found out and the countermeasures are put forward.
