Management experience on safety construction of grass-roots teams

基层班组是企业生产组织最基本的细胞,加强其安全建设,是强化现场管理及防止和减少工伤事故、创建良好作业环境最为有效的措施。由此总结了在实践中的若干管理经验。

Grass-roots teams are the basic cells of the productive organization of an enterprise. Enhancing the safety con- struction of the grass-roots teams is the most effective measure to intensify the workplace management, prevent or reduce suffering injuries on jobs, and creat a favourable circumstances for production. Some practical experiences on safety con- struction of grass-roots teams are summarized.
