LD泵浦的高效掺钕钒酸钇(Nd^(3+):YVO_4)激光器

HIGH EFFICIENCY Nd: YVO_4 LASER END-PUMPED BY DIODE LASER

本文报道了LD泵浦掺钕钒酸钇（Nd(3+)：YVO4）激光器的实验结果．采用普通平一平腔结构，在10．6W泵浦功率时，得到4．95W激光输出，相应的斜率效率为53．8％；在另外一种情况下，得到了高达55．68％的斜率效率．并对实验结果进行了分析。

Experimental results for LD pumped Nd: YVO4 laser with an ordinary plain-plain resonator are reported here. Laser output of 4.95W is obtained at pump power of 10. 6 W, resulting in slope efficiency of 53. 8%. We also get a slope efficiency: as high as 55.68%. Experimental results are also discussed.
