简述近年来测定食品样品亚硝酸盐的分光光度法、荧光法、催化光度法及离子色谱法等的原理、方法,以及方法的适用范围及研究进展。
The principle, method, application range of analysis of nitrite in foodstuffs by spectrophotometry, fluorimetry, catalytic photometry and ion chromatography are introduced in this paper.
