建立海外实习基地——高职旅游专业实习模式创新研究

To Establish Overseas Practice Base——A Study of Practice Pattern Innovation of Tourism Major in Colleges

目前国内高职旅游专业实习模式落后，实习基地基本以校内实习基地和国内旅游企业为主。难以适应国际旅游市场环境和行业需求。文章对高职旅游专业实习模式的创新进行了粗浅研究．构建了高职旅游专业“六方合作、双管齐下”的海外实习基地模式，以期与国际接轨，打造国际就业竞争力。

At present, the practice pattern of tourism major in colleges in China is backward. The practice bases are almost in colleges or in the domestic tourism enterprises, which makes it hard to adapt to the international tourist market circumstances and meet the profession demand. The article makes some researches to the practice pattern＇s innovation and constructs an overseas practice pattern ＂six sides cooperation, work along both lines＂ in hope of improving the competitive power to meet the international demand.
