摘要
国内的钢渣处理工艺一般有冷弃法、热泼法、浅盘法、水淬法、风淬法、滚筒法、粒化法等。重钢与中冶集团共同研发了钢渣有压热闷处理工艺,该工艺有如下特点:机械化程度较高,劳动强度低;采用湿法处理钢渣,环境污染少,可以部分回收热能;处理后,钢、渣分离效果好,可提高废钢回收率;钢渣稳定性好。重钢的钢渣综合利用技术逐渐成熟,基本实现了全量利用和零排放目标。
The article introduces the steel slag processing technologies, and elaborates the pressure-hot stew technology detailedly which is developed by Chongqing Iron and Steel Group and China Metallurgical Group. The features of the pressure-hot stew technology are higher mechanization degree, low labour intensity, less environment pollution handled by wet progress, higher recovery of steel scrap and good stability of steel slag. The comprehensive utilization technology becomes maturity gradually and achieves all use and zero-discharge aim.
