住院老年慢性病患者心目中优秀护士的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Good Nurse Acknowledged by Hospitalized Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的了解住院老年慢性病患者心目中优秀护士的形象。方法采取立意取样法,选择2008年9—12月在某老年科住院治疗的21例老年慢性病患者作为研究对象,进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出3个主题:(1)高尚的医德是优秀护士的基础,优秀护士要有无私奉献的精神;尊重患者,一视同仁;有爱心,注重生活护理。(2)良好的专业技术是优秀护士的体现。优秀护士的静脉输液技术要做到"一针见血、无痛穿刺";善于观察病情变化、有一流救治水平;工作细致谨慎。(3)深厚的护理专业知识与一定心理学知识使护士的内涵得以升华。结论住院老年慢性病患者对护士的专业水平要求高,对护士的服务范围要求广。将道德品质和专业能力相结合才是老年慢性病患者心目中的优秀护士。

Objective To understand the image of a good nurse in the mind of hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods By means of conception sampling, 21 hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases were selected as the subjects of this study. Semi-structural interviews were conducted with them, with the interviews lively recorded. Then the data were processed with the phenomenological research method. Results Through reading, analyzing, rethinking and classifying, 3 points were obtained： （1） Lofty medical ethics was the basis of a good nurse. A good nurse should be seE-sacrificing, respectful of patients, without discrimination, loving and caring, and pay attention to nursing in the aspect of the patient＇ s living. （2） Great professional skills. A good nurse should be good at observing the patient＇s condition and has a high ability to cure the illness. （3） Nursing knowledge combined with psychological nursing makes nurses more professional. Conclusion Hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases require the nurse to have great professional skills and a wide scope of nursing services. Having both noble professional ethics and great professional skills are the image of a good nurse in the mind of elderly patients.
