非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光对危重早产儿早期胃肠喂养的影响

Influence of Non-nutritional Suction and Eye-shielding on Early-stage Gastro-intestinal Feeding among Critical Prematures

目的探讨非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光对危重早产儿早期喂养的影响。方法将80例危重早产儿随机分为干预组40例与对照组40例。两组均接受常规综合治疗,干预组在此基础上,进行各种致痛性操作用安慰奶嘴安抚患儿,在每个班次的最后3h配戴眼罩护理,观察开始经口喂养时间、静脉营养应用时间、完全经口喂养时间、喂养并发症等发生情况。结果干预组恢复出生体质量时间、达到足量胃肠喂养时间、静脉营养应用时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),喂养不耐受发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论非营养性吸吮与眼罩遮光护理干预,有助于提高危重早产儿早期喂养耐受性,使患儿经口喂养早,喂养成功率高。

Objective To explore the influence of non-nutritional suction and eye-shielding on early-stage gastro-intestinal feeding among critical prematures. Methods 80 critical prematures were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group, each with 40. Both groups were offered the conventional treatment, while the intervention group was additionally appeased with the dummy after pain was inflicted, and in the last 3 hours of each shift, offered eye-shielding. And then the times of the initial oral feeding, IV nutritional feeding and complete oral feeding were recorded, and complications with the feeding were observed. Results The time taken for the intervention group to reach the birth-time body mass and to have full-amount gastrointestinal feeding, and their Ⅳ nutritional feeding time and hospital stay were shorter than those for the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, and the rate of non-tolerance to feeding was lower （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The intervention of non- nutritional feeding and eye-shielding promotes critical prematures＇ tolerance to early stage feeding, making the oral feeding earlier and guaranteeing a higher rate of successful feeding.
