摘要
目的探讨黄芪(Astragalus mongholicus,Am)对雏鸡隐孢子虫病的治疗作用。方法选用3日龄罗曼公雏,每只经口一次感染1×106个贝氏隐孢子虫卵囊,同时按每只0.1mL、0.2mL、0.4mL的不同剂量灌服黄芪汤(Astragaliseu Hedysari Decoction,AHD,1mLAHD原液中含1g黄芪原药)进行防治。结果低剂量AHD减轻了雏鸡隐孢子虫病的临床症状,降低了隐孢子虫病的发病率和死亡率,使总排卵囊量减少及显露期缩短;其法氏囊指数和脾脏指数分别比感染对照组高36.73%(P<0.01)和41.94%(P<0.01);比高剂量组分别增加37.73%(P<0.01)和4.76%(P>0.05)。结论低剂量AHD可以促进雏鸡法氏囊和脾脏发育,提高雏鸡的免疫力,对雏鸡隐孢子虫病有一定防治作用。不同剂量AHD对人工感染雏鸡隐孢子虫病的防治效果不同,推测,AHD对免疫功能的影响具有选择性和双向调节作用,该作用与AHD的剂量有关。
To observe the therapeutic effect of Astragalus mongholicus (AM) on cryptosporidiosis in chicken, 3 days old chicken was used for experiment and they were infected with 1 × 10^6 Cryptosporidium baileyi oocysts. Meanwhile, Astrali seu Hedysari Decoction (AHD) in a concentration of 1g/mL was introduced in different amount (0. 1 mL, 0.2 mL ,0,4/mL to each chicken). The mental status, body weight, number of oocysts extracted daily, index of bursa of Fabrieius (BF) and spleen of chicken were observed. The results showed that lower dose of AHD could lessen the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence rate and mortality of chicken inoculated with C. bailleyi. In the low-dose treated chicken, the total amount of ooeysts extracted was lower and the patent period was shorter. The indices of BF and spleen in the treated group of chicken were higher than the infected control group over 36.73%(P〈0.01) and 41.94% (P〈0.01), respectively. These results indicate that lower doses of AHD can improve the development of BE and spleen of chicken and enhance their immune responses, suggesting its selective and double regulatory effect in immune function, which may be related to the dose used.
