服装翻领里外匀与服装面料厚度的相关性研究

Research on the Relation Between Fabric Thickness and the Difference of Turnover Collar

在传统方法中,翻领里外匀通常是在工艺制作中进行处理,但传统方式中对里外匀的数量并没有进行量化,不能保证质量稳定,不利于现代化生产中的质量控制。本课题以服装翻领工艺中的关键工艺里外匀为研究对象,通过对测试结果的研究和分析,提出了翻领里外匀与服装面料材质风格的相关性如下:在所测试的指标中,面料厚度是影响翻领里外匀的重要因素,厚度越厚,翻领版型内外差越大,领里需修正的量越多。

The difference between the under collar and the top collar has been tackled, in the process of tailoring in traditional craft. However, the traditional manual experience is low-efficient and non-quality guaranteed. By testing the properties of different types of fabric, turnover collar tailoring and virtually trying on, with a focus on the difference between the under and top collar. It researches the relation between this difference and fabric properties. The study and analysis of the test results show that the difference of turnover collar has a quantitive relation with fabric properties. The thicker the fabric is, the greater the difference is.
