白头翁对阴道毛滴虫氨基酸代谢的影响

摘要 目的探讨白头翁对阴道毛滴虫氨基酸代谢的影响。方法采用浓度为0.625mg/ml白头翁水提液进行体外抗阴道毛滴虫实验,用氨基酸色谱测定仪检测白头翁作用后滴虫的氨基酸种类和含量变化。结果加药组阴道毛滴虫含16种氨基酸,与未加药对照组相同。加药组阴道毛滴虫氨基酸含量除蛋氨酸外均显著减少。结论白头翁可干扰阴道毛滴虫氨基酸的代谢。 Objective To study the amino acid metabolism in Trichomonas vaginalis(T, v) under the action of Pulsatilla chinensis water extract (PWE). Methods 0. 625 mg/ml of drug was added to cultures of T. v strain. The content and component of amino acid in T. v were analyzed by amino acid auto-analyzer. Results T. v contained 16 kinds of amino acids. There were no changes in the kinds of amino acid after being treated with PWE, but the content of amino acids decreased significantly with the exception of met. Conclusion PWE can interfere with amino acid metabolism of T. v.
