高职护理专业《药理学》教材现状调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的根据临床护理职业岗位的实际需求,了解现行护理专业用《药理学》教材的适用性和实用性。方法采用文献资料分析法对我国2000年以来出版的15种高职护理(专科层次)专业用《药理学》及相关教材,从教材体例、内容设置等现状进行了研究。结果尽管这些教材改革在职业教育方面取得了突破性的进展,但从其体例和内容设置等方面分析,还不能适应护理职业工作岗位需求。这对于高职护生培养明显存在着针对性、实用性不强等诸多问题。结论从护理职业岗位实用的角度出发对现行《药理学》教材进行修订,以满足临床用药护理为目的,按照护理程序框架来构建《药理学》新教材的体例和内容,突出临床用药护理知识教育与技能(包括临床常用药物用药技能以及药物疗效和不良反应的识别和处理)的培养。 Objective To understand the suitability and practicality of the pharmacology coursebooks for nursing majors in vocational colleges, considered against the real needs of the nursing job. Methods A study was made of the contents and book layout of 15 kinds of pharmacology coursebooks for junior college nursing majors. Results For all some breakthroughs in the coursebook reform, they failed to satisfy the needs of the nursing job in terms of its layout and contents, which lacked suitability and directedness for such students. Conclusion The present coursebooks for nursing majors in junior vocational colleges need to be revised in light of the real needs of the nursing job, with the layout and contents to be dictated by the nursing procedures and emphasis laid on the medication and nursing knowledge and cultivation nursing skills.
