摘要
介绍国内外配电网中通常采用的电压等级配置情况,给出配电网电压等级合理配置的原则,结合当前电网现状及远景年负荷水平,列出我国配电网可能采取的电压等级配置方案,并根据对不同电压等级配置方案的技术性、经济性对比研究,选出在不同条件下的最佳电压等级配置方案。通过实际算例对所给出的电压等级配置原则的应用做了进一步说明,得到了合理配置配电网电压等级有助于降低网损、节约用地、增强供电能力的结论。
This paper introduces the current voltage class scheming of distribution system in the world, and proposes the rational voltage class scheming rule of distribution system. According to the current power system and the long-range year load level,the available voltage class scheming of distribution system in China is listed. By means of technical-economical analyzing for the voltage class scheming, the best scheme in different conditions is proposed. Case studies indicates that the principles contribute to reducing power loss, saving land utilization and enhancing the power supply capability.
