摘要
用FIA分光光度法测定大孔型弱碱树脂的交换性能。通过实验得到测定弱碱树脂性能的最佳条件:微型柱长50.Omm,内径3.0mm;树脂层高度为16.0mm,填充量为0.30g;进水样品为30.0 mg/L酸性氯离子溶液,其运行流速1.0ml/min;实行逆流再生;再生剂NaOH浓度为2%,再生剂耗量为100.0mL/g(湿树脂),再生剂流速为1.0ml/min;实验温度为25℃。
We get the determination of exchange capability of weak alkaline anion resin based on a method of flow-injection spectrophotometry. A serial of data about the exchange capability of weak alkaline anion resin under different test conditions is obtained. The best experimental conditions are also gotten. Length of the miniexchange column is 50mm,and inner diameter is 3.0 mm;the added resin weight is 0.30 g, and resin layer height is 16.0 mm;the sample is 30 mg/L hydrogen chloride solution ,and its flow rate is 1.0 ml/min; sodium hydrate is regenerating reagent, and its concentration and flow rate is 2% and 1.0 ml/min, respectively; experimental temperature is 25 ℃.
