In engineering training instruction, the fitter is a traditional process, and it has mobile operating and flexible features. Fitter teaching can be able to effectively improve the awareness of machining for students, and enhance the operational capacity of students. This paper discusses the facing problem of the fitter practice of teaching in the modem engineering instruction, and how to adapt the development of the engineering training.
