摘要
教师教学行为合理与否直接影响着教学活动的成败和高校教学质量的高低。研究表明,目前高校青年教师中存在着重视自我管理,轻视对学生的管理;重视教师单边活动,轻视师生双边活动;重视教学内容,轻视教学技能和教学方法;重视学科专业知识的学习,轻视教育教学知识的了解和掌握等方面的行为偏差。矫正这些偏差的对策是切实转变教育观念和教学模式,落实青年教师导师制度,在政策导向和制度安排上强化教学中心地位等。
The appropriateness of teaching behaviors correlates with teaching quality and its success in institutions of higher learning, and the research shows there exist some improper teaching behaviors among young teachers, such as .placing more emphasis on the management of themselves rather than of students, on the delivery of lectures rather than on classroom interactions, on the content of books rather than on teaching techniques and approaches, and also they value more the study of disciplinary knowledge than the acquisition and comprehension of relevant educational knowledge. To reshape such behavior patterns, it is suggested that educational philosophy and teaching modes be changed, a mentor system be implemented and secured, and teaching-centered activities he enhanced from the perspective of policy-making and institutional arrangement.
