近二十年以来中国城市建设的飞速发展将一道必答题摆在了每一个城市面前，那就是旧城区的保护更新改造。对于这个问题，很多学者曾进行过研究，很多城市都交出了或令人满意，或令人扼腕的答卷，那么目前中国历史街区保护更新的现状到底如何，有多少是可称之为成功的？历史街区到底应该怎么保护？带着这样的疑问，我们对其中的几个做了现场调研，并根据其类型、保护主体等做了一些的分析，希望可以从中探究一下这个问题的答案。

Since nearly 20 years ago, China＇s urban developing is undergoing a rapid progress. There is a problem in the face of every city. That is the protection and rejuvenescence of the historical districts in the city. On this issue, many scholars have conducted lots of research, and many cities have given the answer, satisfied or not .At present, what is the situation of China＇s historical districts protection and rejuvenescence？ How many of them can he called successful？ Historic districts in the end should be how to protect them？ With this question, we did an investigation, and did some analysis according to their types, operators, in hope of exploring the answer to this question
