介绍了ＡＴＲ毫米波雷达目标特征信号自动测量系统，该系统为宽带高分辨全极化雷达系统，提供了三种测量方式和两种正交极化对．介绍了测量系统的管理和控制软件，并对测量系统的性能作了评估，还给出了部分测量结果．

The automatic measurement system of ATR millimeter wave radar target’s signature was introduced, which is a wide band high resolution full polarization radar system. Three types of measurement modes and two types of orthogonal polarization pairs were provided. The management and control softwares of the measurement system were also introduced. The performances of the system and some measurement results were given.
