大学新生心理健康与咨询内容需求的相关分析

Correlativity Between Mental Health and Requirements of Consultation of Entrants

目的了解大学新生的心理健康水平与咨询内容需求的相关性,探索高校开展心理咨询的新视角。方法通过自编的心理咨询内容需要问卷与SCL-90量表,对94名大一新生进行调查。结果筛查出心理问题阳性率为70.2%;除躯体化因子外,其余SCL-90各因子得分均高于全国常模(P<0.01);对人际关系咨询的需求存在性别差异(P<0.05),对情绪调节咨询的需求存在生源地差异(P<0.05);部分SCL-90因子分及总分与心理咨询内容需求得分之间呈正相关。结论大学新生心理健康状况不容乐观,心理问题与心理咨询内容需求之间呈正相关,不同心理问题对心理咨询需求内容不同。

Objective To find out the mental health of entrants and the correlativity between mental health and requirements of consultation and to explore the new perspective for the psychological counseling. Method Analysis of the self-organized questionnaire and the SCL-90 among 94 entrants. Results About 70. 2% of the participants have been screened to have mental symptoms; there is difference between the sex and the place they resided in（P〈0. 05） ;there is a certain correlativity between the mental health and the requirements of consultation of entrants. Conclusion Colleges and Universities must pay more attention to the mental health of entrants.
