This article briefly introduces the main content of clinical diagnosis standard of internet addiction, primarily explores the decision of categorization of the intemet addietion＇s into mental disabled and points out the gravity and universality of internet addietion＇s harm to the teenagers. Finally it is believed that the release of clinical diagnosis standard of internet addiction will exert influence upon the sentence of intemet addiction crime.
