构建和谐的医患关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。在有关社会学理论的指导下,我们将医患关系不和谐的原因归结为本原性社会事实和派生性社会事实两种,前者包括政府对医疗体制改革的不合理和社会转型期相关社会规范缺乏或不完善,后者包括医疗服务质量问题、媒体的推波助澜以及患者的高期望值,根据成因提出相关对策。

To establish the harmonious doctor patient relation is the most important factor for the construction of harmonious society. Under the guidance of the relevant sociological theory, we will attribute the cause of disharmonic doctor patient relation to the primitive social facts and the derived social facts, the former including the government＇s unreasonable reform of the medical system and the lack of relevant social norms in transition of soceity, while the latter including the quality of medical services, the drive of the media and the patients with high expectations. According to the causes we will propose the relevant countermeasures.
