The university hospital which serves staff and students of university is a hygienic organization responsible for the primary health care in the university. Construction of harmonious campus is an important component of harmonious society. Good construction of university hospital is crucial for of harmonious campus the establishment and maintenance. Different aspects of the standardized management including the personnel, the information, the medical system and the service are discussed to reinforce its vital roles in the university. According to the character of a university, some suggestions were raised. For instance, standardization of management, investment of information system and normalization of business process.
