One of the most frequently used neuropsychologieal tasks to assess decision-making in ambiguous situation was the Iowa G-ambling Task developed by Bechara and his colleagues. But many questions had no answer on this task. Some researchers found that the Iowa Gambling Task exclusively measured decisions under ambiguity and explained how the somatic makers in body affect decision-making. Other researchers found that it could also be that complexity of componants in the IGT exerted crucial influence upon whether or not subjects figure out the rules during performing the task. There were other well-specified and parsimonious explanations that can equally well account for the IGT data, such as working memory, controlling and shifting, and so on. All these issues had been reviewed and problems had been pointed, including the order of the decks, the tools of analyzing data. At last, some advice had been given for the future study.
