Current status of computerized information system for immunization programs in Fengtai district of Beijing

目的了解与评价北京市丰台区免疫规划信息化建设现状,为卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用统一的调查表对实施信息化管理的接种门诊进行调查。结果学龄前儿童接种信息录入符合率达95%以上的占42.9%,达75%～95%的占42.9%,达55%～75%的占7.1%,55%以下的占7.1%;学生接种信息完全录入的占89.3%,部分录入的占7.1%,未录入的占3.6%。结论该区免疫规划信息化门诊能够正常运转,但仍应加强建设力度,加大对人员的培训,建立切实可行的考核制度。

Objective To understand and evaluate current status of computerized information system for the program on immunization in Fengtai district to provide evidence for health administration in formulating related policies. Methods A survey was conducted for vaccine immunization clinics in Fengtai district, Beijing with a uniform questionnaire to learn about their implementation of computerized information system for immunization progrmas. Results The clinics with information about vaccine immunization in preschool children input into computers and met the criteria by more than 95 percent accounted for 42.9 percent, those met the criteria by 75 percent to 95 percent accounted for 42.9 percent, those met the criteria by 55 percent to 75 percent accounted for 7.2 percent, and those met the criteria by less than 55 percent accounted for 7.1 percent of the total. The clinics with complete information about vaccine immunization in school children input into computers accounted for 89.3 percent, those with part information input accounted for 7.1 percent, and those with none information input accounted for 3.6 percent of the total, Conclusion Computerized information systems at vaccine immunization clinics in Fengtai District now are operated normally, but they should be strengthened further, including training for professionals and building a feasible evaluation system.
