刑事附带民事案件执行比普通民事诉讼案件执行更难,有其自身特殊原因。解决刑事附带民事执行难问题已不是执行机构单方面的努力所能解决的,而需要相关法律制度的完善和相关机构的配合。

The enforcement of civil action case subordinate to criminal lawsuit is more difficult to implement than the enforcement of ordinary civil action because of its own special reasons. To solve the problem requires not only the efforts from the implementation organization but also the improvement of related law system and the cooperation of relative organizations.
