接触势电源其内部电场的含义

The Essential of the Inner-Electric Field in a Contact Potential Source

摘要 首次提出电子等效扩散电场的概念,很好地解释了接触势电源外接负载时,其内部电场的确切含义. For the first time it advances the concept of equivalent diffusion electric field in this paper, and gives the essential of the inner - electric field of a contact potential source with loadings.
