摘要
为了满足教学和研究的需要,针对当前PLC实验箱的不足,设计了一种基于三菱FX系列PLC的综合实验系统.运用区域化、模块化的设计方法,实现了实验系统的开放性和综合性.文中介绍了该实验系统的硬件结构、特点和功能,简单介绍了实验系统的软件.在该实验平台上,可以开设电气控制技术、PLC原理及应用及PLC课程设计等课程的各种实验.该实验平台对提高学生的工程实践能力有积极的作用.
In order to meet the needs of teaching and research, in view of the shortage of experiment box, an experiment System Based on Mitsubishi FX series PLC has been disigned with openness and synthesis in the way of section and modularity. The structure of hardware, the characteristics and the usage of the experiment System are indroduced in this article, the sofeware used in the system is briefly introduced. Various experiment of Course of Electrical Control Technology, Principle and Application of Programmable Logic Controller and Course Design of PLC etc can been done. This system plays an important role in the improvement of students＇ practical abiity.
