摘要
目的分析脑血管病后继发性癫痫的发生率及临床特点。方法将96例脑血管病后继发性癫痫的发生时间,表现形式,影像学检查特点进行统计研究。结果本组继发性癫痫发生率为12.8%,脑血管病后2周内发生癫痫者多于2周以上者,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论继发性癫痫是脑血管病后并发症之一,会影响脑神经功能恢复,及时诊断及有效治疗有重要意义。
Objective Analysis secondary epilepsy of eerebrovaseular disease the incidence and clinical features. Methods 96 cases of eerebrovaseular disease secondary epilepsy were studied the time of occurrence, manifestations, imaging characteristics for statistical research. Resnils Secondary epilepsy in this group the incidence rate was 12.8%, cerebrovascular disease secondary epilepsy occurred in 2 weeks are more than two weeks or more, there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Secondary epilepsy are one of postoperative complications cerebrovaseular disease, it should be affect the brain functional, that timely diagnosis and effective treatment has important significance.
