闭式复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定结合中药治疗股骨颈骨折疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of closed reduction with hollow compression screws for internal fixation combined with oral medicinal herbs on the treatment of femoral neck fracture

目的探讨闭式复位空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药内服对股骨颈骨折术的疗效。方法闭式复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折93例,其中男41例,女52例;结合中药内服为治疗组48例,对照组45例。Gar-denⅠ型7例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型53例,Ⅳ型21例,随访时间为2.5～4年,平均3.1年。结果 93例获得随访,治疗组48例,优36例,良9例,可2例,差1例,优良率为93.75%;对照组45例,优26例,良7例,可8例,差4例,优良率73.33%。结论闭式复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定结合中药治疗股骨颈骨折有良好疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction with hollow compression screws for internal fixation combined with oral medicinal herbs on the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods 93 patients of femoral neck fracture terated by closed reduction with hollow compression screws for internal fixation. Of those patients, 41 cases were male,52 cases female. 93 patients were divided into treatment group （n=48）and control group （n= 45）. According to Garden criterion for typing, 7 cases were classified as type Ⅰ, 12 cases as type Ⅱ, 53 cases as type Ⅲ and 21 cases as type Ⅳ. The average follow up time was 3.1 years （2. 5-4 years）. Results 93 patients were followed up. In the treatment group, there were 36 cases reached excellent results,9 cases good, 2 cases fair and I eases poor. The excellent and good rate was 93.75 %. In the control group, there were 26 cases reached excellent results,7 cases good, 8 cases fair and 4 cases poor. The excellent and good rate was 73.33%. Conclusion Closed reduction with hollow compression screws for internal fixation combined with oral medicinal herbs has a good effect on femoral neck fracture.
