摘要 目的探讨贝那普利在冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者中的作用。方法 112例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组在标准治疗的基础上加用贝那普利,观察心绞痛发作的改善情况以及进展为心肌梗死的情况。结果加用贝那普利的治疗组心绞痛发作的频率和次数明显减少,症状缓解快,进展为心肌梗死的例数少。结论贝那普利可拮抗肾素-血管紧张素-醛同酮系统,舒张外周小血管,减轻水钠潴留,并可降低缓激肽的水解,促进内皮细胞释放一氧化氮而扩张血管。同时贝那普利能抑制血小板释放生长因子、成纤维因子和转化因子,并通过清除氧自由基、抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰作用等,保护内皮细胞,抑制平滑肌增生,并能防止血栓形成,故有缓解心绞痛改善预后的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Benazapril apply in unstable angina pectoris patients. Methods 112 eases of unstable angina pectoris patients divided into two groups by random, all of them give the standard therapy and the group of Benazapril give the Benazapril, then investigate the effect to improve the prognosis of patients. Results The group of Benazapril is better than the other group in unstable angina peetoris patients. Conclusion Benazapril can inhibit the system of renin - angiotensin - aldosterone and get rid of oxyradical. It can adjust lipid metabolism and inhibit the hyperplasia of smooth muscle, antiplatelet, then improve the prognosis of angina pectoris.
