摘要
为了加强护理安全管理,防范护理风险,让护理人员知法、懂法、守法,把法规贯彻到护理工作的每一个环节中去,保护护理人员自身合法权益,为患者提供安全有效的优质服务。本文分析护理工作中的不安全因素:护理文件书写不规范、违反规章制度,不按规程操作、专业知识不扎实,护理技术不精湛。并提出相应的对策:加强法律意识规范文件教育、护理人员严格执行护理规章制度、提高护理人员素质。
Care in order to strengthen safety management,risk prevention care,so that nurses understand,understanding, law,and implementing laws and regulations put into care in every aspect,and the protection of nursing staff,in order to provide patients with safe and effective delivery of quality services.This paper analyzes the care of the job insecurity: a document written in non - standard care,in violation of rules and regulations,does not operate according to a point of order, not a solid professional knowledge,nursing skills are not superb.And put forward corresponding countermeasures;to strengthen the legal awareness of regulatory document education,nursing care and strict enforcement of rules and regulations,improve the quality of nursing staff.
