摘要
目的总结阴茎折断的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年19例阴茎折断患者的临床资料。结果本组19例均行手术治疗效果良好,术后随访3个月至2年,无阴茎畸形、海绵体纤维化、痛性结节、尿道狭窄及勃起功能障碍等并发症。结论绝大多数阴茎折断伤的患者通过病史和查体均能获得确诊,开放手术治疗效果良好,应该列为首选方法 。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of penile fracture. Methods The diagnosis and treatment about 19 patients with penile fracture were reviewed retrospectively. Results The therapeutic effect of all the patients were satisfied. Followed up for 3 to 24 months postoperatively, no complication of penis anomaly, cavernosa fibrosis, painful nodule, urethral stricture, sexual dysfunction were found. Conclusion Most patients of penile fracture could be diagnosed by case history and physical examination. The effect of open operation is good and it may be the first choice.
