舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗特应性皮炎的短期疗效及安全性分析

Short-term efficaty and safety of sublingual immunotherapy with dermatophagoides farinae drops in treatments of atopic dermatitis

目的研究粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服免疫治疗(sublingual immunotherapy,SLIT)对特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)患者的疗效及安全性。方法将24例符合入选标准的AD患者随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组予以SLIT+对症药物治疗,对照组仅予以对症药物治疗,13周后比较两组患者的治疗有效率,对症药物使用情况并观察两组患者的不良反应。结果实验组的治疗有效率高于对照组,对症药物的使用较对照组减少,两组患者均未发现明显不良反应。结论粉尘螨滴剂SLIT治疗AD短期效果显著、安全性高,但长期疗效及不良反应情况尚需进一步观察。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sublingnal immunotherary （SLIT） with Dcrmatophagnides farinae（DF） drops for Atopic Dermatitis（AD） sensitive to house dust mites. Methods 18 AD patients sensitive to DF were randomly assigned to receive either SLIT ＋ medicine relieving symptom （ test group, n = 12） or just medicine relieving symptom （control group, n =6）. Efficacy rate and medicine scores were account after 13 weeks for both groups. Side effects were registered. Results Efficacy rate of test group was higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, meanwhile medicine scores of former was lower than that of latter（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. No severe adverse events occurred in the trial. Conclusion SILT with DF drops is effctive to short -term treat AD patients sensitive to DF, reseanch about long- term treat sboud be perform yet.
