摘要
目的探讨股动静脉热力毁损伤无法用常规方法修补的解决方法。方法在形态学观察动脉压、血流量测定的实验基础上,设计健侧胫后血管与患侧血管相串联吻合的方式,在双下肢之间形成桥式皮管,以健侧肢体血管供应患侧肢体血管。结果采用健侧胫后血管与患侧胫后血管相串联、桥式吻合的方式,修复股动静脉严重热力毁损伤16例,患肢成活良好,活动、负重正常。结论以健侧胫后血管与患侧胫后血管相串联的桥式吻合术,为患侧股动静脉严重毁损伤提供了一种理想的修复方法。
Objective To provide a clinical method in treatment of femoral artery and vein thermal damage which could not be mended by conventional method. Methods Based on morphologic observation, blood pressure measuring and haemodynamic studies,bridged flaps were designed connecting the healthy and injured posterior tibial vessel through which- blood could flow into the injured posterior tibial vessel. Results Bridged flaps connecting healthy and injured posterior tibia] vessel were applied successfully in 16 eases of serious femoral artery and vein thermal damage. The injured limb survived well and walked properly. Conclusion Bridged flaps connecting the healthy and injured posterior tibial vessel is an ideal treatment for patients whose femoral artery and vein are serious injured.
