易坦静、氨溴索分别佐治小儿支气管肺炎76例疗效比较

The comparison of the therapeutic effect of yitanjing and ambroxol on 76 cases of bronchopneumonia in children

目的观察易坦静、氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法将76例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组（易坦静组）46例，对照组（氨溴索组）30例。结果治疗组总有效率91．3％，对照组总有效率73．3％，两组对比差异有统计学意义（Χ^2=6．31，P〈0．05）。结论治疗组总有效率优于对照组，未见不良反应发生，安全性好，临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of yitanjing and ambroxo on puerile bronchial pneumonia. Methods 76 cases of puerile bronchial pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly, there were 46 eases in the yitanjing group, the others were in the control group. The cases in the control group received ambroxo therapy, The eases in the survey group received yitanjing therapy. Results Total effective rate of yitanjing group was 91.3% , total effective rate of control group was 73.3%. There was significant difference statistically between them. Conclusion The total effective rate of yitanjing group were better than that of the control group, and there were not adverse reaction, so this kind of treatment worth of widespread clinical application.
