接骨膏促进软组织损伤修复的实验研究

The experimental research of Jiegu Gao to promote soft tissue healing

目的研究接骨膏对软组织损伤修复的促进作用。方法建立大鼠软组织损伤模型,观察伤肢肿胀和瘀斑等症侯表现,运用分级评分法评价接骨膏对大鼠软组织损伤修复的促进作用;小鼠麻醉状态下,采用显微镜观察耳廓固定区域内毛细血管交叉点个数,以给药前后毛细血管交叉点个数的差值作为活血指标,观察接骨膏活血祛瘀的作用。结果接骨膏组大鼠软组织损伤的症侯评分与模型组大鼠比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接骨膏组、治疗组小鼠毛细血管交叉点个数增加值比模型组小鼠多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接骨膏具有活血去瘀、促进软组织损伤修复作用。

Objective To study the role of soft tissue repair about Jiegu Gao. Methods To establish a rat model of soft tissue injury, and then observe the performance of swelling and ecchymosis while useing the hierarchical scoring method to evaluate the role of soft tissue repair about Jiegn Gao. Observe the number of capillary cross-points under a microscope at fixed region in auricle before and after administration in mice under anesthesia to observe a role of blood stasis removing about Jiegu Gao. Results Compare with the Model group, the pathological grade points of soft tissue injury of Jiegu Gao group have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The addition of the number of capillary cross-points of Jiegu Gao group and treatment group are more than the model group. The diffrence are significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiegn Gao have a role of blood stasis removing and promote the soft tissue repair after injury.
