玻璃酸钠加激素冲洗治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效观察

Evaluate the clinical effect of douche with two kinds of sodium hyaluronate and glucocorticoid for gonarthromeningitis

目的探讨冲洗疗法治疗中2种玻璃酸钠及糖皮质激素对膝关节滑膜炎治疗临床效果。方法采用随机对照研究,选择骨性关节炎引起滑膜炎患者,男女各50例,随机分为2组。A组应用玻璃酸钠A+短效激素进行冲洗治疗,B组应用玻璃酸钠B+短效激素进行冲洗治疗,治疗完毕后比较2组的近期临床效果以及远期临床效果。结果近期和远期的临床疗效A组的优良率、有效率均高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冲洗疗法治疗膝关节滑膜炎中应用玻璃酸钠配合糖皮质激素临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of douche with two kinds of Sodium Hyaluronate glucoeorticoid for gonarthromeningitis. Methods 100 cases of patients,50 men and 50 women with osteoarthritis related gonarthromeningitis, were randomized two groups. One group （ group A） received douche with Sodium Hyaluronate A and glucocorticoid, the other group received douche with Sodium Hyaluronate B and glucocorticoid. We compared their clinical effects of short term and long term. Results Short term and long term clinical effects of A group of fineness and effective rate, efficiency is higher than the B group, but the difference was not statistically sognifieant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Douche with Hyaluronate glucoeorticoid and glucocorticoid for gonarthromeningitis is significant,it is worth promoting.
