住院患者抗生素使用中存在的问题及分析

Problem and analysis of the using of antibiotics in patients

目的探讨该院抗生素的使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法利用药房软件系统综合分析该院1 025例住院患者抗生素使用情况。结果住院患者抗生素使用率为62.8%,单一、二联、三联用药率分别为69.8%、43.8%、22.5%。抗生素应用频率最多的种类是头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类等,使用不合理情况主要为更换过快、品种过多和疗程过长。结论该院抗生素总体使用率偏高,存在相当一部分不合理用药情况。

Objective To explore the use of antibiotics in our hospital,in order to provide the basis for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The usage of antibiotics was analyzed by pharmacy software system about 1025 cases of patient in our hospital. Results Usage of antibiotics in hospitalized patients is 62.8% ,the unilization ratio of single,two and triple were 69.8% ,43.8% and 22.5%. Usage of antimicrobial is the type most frequently, such as, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides and fluoroquinolones, unreasonable use of antibiotics is mainly to replace too fast, too many varieties and treatment is too long. Conclusion The unilization ratio of antibiotics in our hospital was on the high side and the irrational use of antibiotics was quite common.
