阿伦特论意志

摘要 阿伦特认为哲学家出于对普遍性和必然性的偏爱而几乎一致地怀疑和否认意志。意志作为一种内心经验并不为古希腊罗马人察觉,随着城邦政治的衰落和基督教的直线时间观取代古代的循环时间观,意志才开始被发现。我能与我愿意之间的冲突的发现使自由从一个政治的概念变成了内心的意志自由概念。 Arendt thought that philosophers almost disaffirmed and doubted will in virtue of their preference of universality and necessity. Will as a internal experience wasn' t been conscious of by Hellene and Roman. With the decline of polis politics and the ancient concept of cyclical time replacement with Christian rectilinear notion of time, will was discovered. With the discovery of conflict between I - can and I - will, freedom from a political concept changed a notion of internal free will.
