On the Viewpoint of the "People-oriented" Construction of Professional Ethics of the Teaching Profession

师德建设是学校思想建设和校园精神文明建设的一项重要工作,进入21世纪这一新的历史时期,传统的师德观已经不能适应当代教师道德修养建设。本文探讨了"以人为本"的师德建设中存在的问题及原因,并提出了解决这些问题的意见和建议,旨在为新时期的师德建设提供一种新的思路。

The construction of professional ethics of the teaching profession is an important part of the construction of the ideology and spiritual civilization. In the 21st century, the traditional viewpoint of professional ethics of the teaching profession hasn＇t adapted to modem teachers＇ construction of morality and accomplishment. This paper introduces problems and causes which exist in the people - oriented construction of professional ethics of the teaching profession and opinions and suggestions to solute these problems in order to provide a new thought for the construction of professional ethics of the teaching profession of the new period.
